Do you deliver?
WE CAN DElIVER MOST Of OUR TREES FOR an additional COST within calgary and surrounding area.
However the larger trees are PICK-UP Only. ENQURE FOR DETAILS.
Do you ship?
Unfortunately we do not ship at this time.
What materials do you use to build your trees?
All our trees are built with plywood, 4X4’s, screws and glue.
What colors do you use?
We use a variety of earth tones ranging from dark to light shades of grey, brown and beige; occasionally shades of cream will be used.
Do you have a waiting list?
Typically we do. You can contact us to see how long our queue is.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, It is usually about 30% of the cost. Once we receive your deposit, this secures your place in the queue.
How long will it take to build my tree?
Once we start construction, depending on the intensity of the design, it usually takes anywhere from 7-10 days to complete.
Do you carry stock?
Not usually. We typically make custom trees by order.
Why we don’t use fantasy colors
We try to make our trees look as natural as possible by integrating earth tone colors and our signature mossy touches.
Can I modify your pre-made designs?
We can customize most of our tree designs depending on what changes you would like to make.
Do you build custom trees
Yes we do! We will work with you to create the tree you are possibly envisioning.
Do your trees come apart?
No, our trees are a solid, one piece unit.
What do I need to pick-up my tree?
We do suggest you bring a truck, Some trees will fit in an SUV. We can provide measurements so you can check to see if it will fit. We also recommend a tarp to protect the tree from the elements.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Due to the nature of owning a small, family business we are only able to accept cash or interact e-transfers at this time.
